2 Low-voltage cabinet type Currently, there are three types of design and selection of low-pressure drawer cabinets.

2.1 Design Standards The three products have standardized design for the functional units. The same functional units can be interchanged. When a functional unit fails, the faulty unit can be immediately removed and replaced with a spare unit to restore power in time. The design carefully considers that there is a reliable mechanical interlock between the functional unit and the compartment, which ensures that the drawer can be moved when the main circuit and the auxiliary circuit are all powered off. The mechanical interlocking device makes the drawer have obvious “closed” and “divided” Locations such as "gate", "test", "extraction" and "isolation" are marked with corresponding symbols to ensure safe operation, which is unmatched by other forms of low-voltage distribution cabinets.

2.2 Cabinet processing situation BFC-20B cabinet frame is stamped and formed by thin steel plate. GCK and MNS type cabinets are made of thin-walled profiled steel pipe profiles. They are light in weight, flexible and easy to assemble, and the outer surface of the cabinet is electrostatically sprayed with epoxy powder. 2.3 Interior design of the cabinet The MNS type is divided into three compartments, the horizontal busbar is arranged at the rear of the cabinet, the electrical component room is on the left side of the front of the cabinet, and the cable compartment is on the right side of the front of the cabinet. These products are safe and fireproof, anti-arcing measures are quite perfect, separated in the horizontal busbar compartment and functional unit by flame-retardant foam plastic functional wall, and other compartments are separated by rhodium-plated steel plates, effectively blocking the switching components. The accident caused by the short circuit between the flying arc and the busbar caused by the fault, so the MNS type drawer cabinet is obviously superior to other brands in terms of protection performance and equipment overload performance.

2.4 Cabinet Geometry These products are smaller than fixed low-voltage screens, making it easy to install in small-sized distribution rooms. For cabinets of the same specification, the MNS type can accommodate 36 functional units, the GCK type can accommodate 20, and the BFC 20B type accommodates fewer.

2.5 Class of drawers of various protection grades, the protection grades are not the same, BFC20B is IP20, other products reach IP40, MNS type protection grade can reach 1P55. 3 Conclusion In the above three types of low pressure drawer cabinets, BFC-20B manufacturing process is not good , low degree of protection, no measures to prevent small animals from entering, and MNS type products, from design to manufacturing process, especially the protection level is superior to other products, is the ideal low-pressure chest of drawers, and GCK performance and other parameters are better than BFC 20B, inferior to MNS type. From the perspective of market price, based on BFC-20B, GCK cabinets are several thousand yuan more expensive than BFC20B. MNS type price is partial, about twice that of BFC-20B.
