August 20, 2012 Jiangsu Shengze Market Yarn Price Reference and Change

The cotton yarn market improved slightly. The sales volume of all 32s cotton yarns rose, and other specifications were lighter. The prices of individual varieties of polyester/cotton yarns were increased, and the prices of polyester viscose yarn products remained stable with little change.

Pure polyester yarn prices were temporarily stable. The sales of pure polyester yarn 45s were better than those of other specifications. The prices of other standard products were relatively stable. The market for polyester staple fiber is stable. It is expected that the pure polyester yarns in the market will continue to consolidate.

People's cotton yarn market performance is stable, individual prices have risen steadily, and the price of viscose staple fiber has been firm. The market center price is 15,650 yuan/ton. It is expected that the recent cotton yarn products will be mainly adjusted.
